Delivery and payment information

We are shipping worldwide from the center of Europe. We try to keep the shipping prices as low as possible.

It depends on number of items you order. Most of the time the shipping will cost you 5,99€. With bigger items it may go up. You will always see the final shipping price in checkout process.

It depends if the products you ordered are in stock. If yes , then the package will be packed and shipped in 2-4 working days. If no, the manufacturing and preparation phase can take up to 15 working days. 

Shipping is delayed with the COVID situation.

Usuall shipping around European union is pretty fast (2-4 days). Shipping overseas may take some time (1-2 weeks). After dispatching your order, you will always get tracking number. 

We are using Paypal as our main payment processor, you can either use your Paypal account or your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, etc). The use of credit cards is secured trough Paypal. Please note that use of credit cards may not be available in every country - if that is your case, you will have to create the Paypal account.

Yes, your payment is secured with Paypal customer policy. If anything inconvenient happens, for example lost package, damaged products etc., just contact us and we will make sure you are satisfied.
